This was only my 2nd time shopping (in 2 days) with Target~the 1st order, no problemo. The 2nd order, I noticed I didn't get a confirmation notice like I did with the 1st, so I clicked on Target's site, & couldn't log in. I tried a few times & no go, so I decided to call. In the attempts, I noticed a typo in my email address, instead of yahoo, I typed in tahoo. The 1st phone call, I had a problem from the gitgo, no order #~it went to my "tahoo" address. Luckily, I had the order # from my 1st order & she was able to access my account.
I asked her if she could send me the confirmation for the 2nd order, & she said no, it went to the other email. I said, "It's not a valid email, how could your system accept it?" She did confirm my order via phone, complete with my order #.
After hanging up, I tried to log in again, & still couldn't access my account, so yep, had to call back. I explained the situation with my mis-typed email, & stressed that I've done enough ordering online, that other sites would've kicked my typo email out as invalid. At least, this Target rep was able to send me an email with a written(no pics) list of what I ordered. After hanging up with him, a bell went off (DING!), & I thought, maybe I should just log in with my mis-typed email & VOILA~access to my account! Two reps I talked to, & neither 1 thought to tell me that. Plus, once I did that, I was able to edit my email address~they didn't tell me that, either.
Somewhere in this mess, I mentioned, "This is only my 2nd order with Target, it may be my last!" But, I did get some pretty good deals below, all totaled $52 & some change ( the handbag is for dd). Yeah, Xmas ain't over as far as my kids go~ds just asked me to pay his parking ticket!
