Help Me Name Noah's New Friends!

When we were at IKEA yesterday they had all sorts of little hand puppets on sale for $1.99.

Noah seemed to love them so we grabbed a few. At that price i should have grabbed a few more...but then again i only have two hands.

I have given them each a voice and personality of their own, all they need now is a name.

So i made a video for each, where they sort of introduce themselves. and if you would, i would love suggestions for their names. Anything is good!

So...without further ado meet

Hey, Ryan, what about Rory for one of the names? Hmmmm, maybe Sam for another? Can't think of a third, though...it's too late to think "too hard!"

The videos are cute! I left silly suggestions for each one. I had my 16 month old grandson for a few days earlier this week. I have a cow hand puppet I crocheted for his mama 23 years ago. He giggles and moos whenever I get it out. I was folding clothes and put one of his aunt's argyle socks on my hand and it started talking to him. He couldn't get enough of it!

This is about the perfect age for puppets. Its so cool to watch them get soooo into it too. Noah isn't talking much yet (but i am trying to teach him animal sounds) but he sure babbles like heck at them when i bring them out

Well, you can't name any of them Georgie, because George is a monkey....any of my nieces or nephews will tell you that. I guess if the pig looks to be in good shape, he could be The Baconator.

I think it would be good enough to just call them Mr. (or Miss if any are female), like Mr. Pig, Mr. Lion, Miss Elephant.. this way he'll learn the name of the animal and won't go to the zoo and call a lion by the puppet's name, lol.

I love Ikea and often wish they were closer to me (then in the same sentence I thank the Lord that they're not, I would spend too much there). I can't come up with any good names right now. Not enough coffee yet. :)
